Tremendous opportunity!!! We are looking to add players with legit speed ( sub 3.0 H to 1st ) who love to steal bases and apply pressure to the defense! Outfielder position preferred but will consider any athletic player willing to play multiple positions. Must have a strong desire to work on your craft. More details can be found by clicking the 14u Google link below.
Coach Robeson is the Director of Softball for Turnin2 Softball and has held this position since the very beginning back in 2013. He is also the Co-Owner of the Turnin2 Training Center.
Coach Robeson has had the opportunity & blessing to be able to coach female athletes from the early ages of 5 & 6 all the way up to the 18u level.
Coach Robeson says, I've always enjoyed the game of baseball ( now fastpitch softball ) for as long as I can remember!! Whether it was playing catch in the back yard with childhood friends or destroying the siding on the family home using a tennis ball to play catch with myself. :-) During my HS years, I had the honor and privilege to learn the game of baseball while playing for Hall of Fame High School Head Coach Wayne Welton who is recently retired as the Director of Baseball Operations for the University of Michigan. Coach Welton taught me to always respect the game and that the little things were the bigs things, details mattered!! Under his tutelage I was able to excel on the field and as a senior was blessed to be named to the MHSAA Dream Team 1st team All State.
I have a tremendous passion and desire for teaching and helping young women reach their personal best while personally continuing to learn and share my knowledge and experiences with others. I've enjoyed having the opportunity to learn by being an asst coach which is a role that I am currently serving in for Hartland HS. I am also serving as the head coach for our 18u Turnin2 National team. All in all, I have been coaching in some capacity for over 12 years now and have helped many kids pursue and obtain their dream of playing collegiate softball which is very exciting and rewarding. Those who know me best would probably describe me as a fierce competitor who expects his players to give nothing short of their best at all times and to compete every pitch and to never cheat the game or themselves.
For the 2021/2022 season I will be moving back down to Head Coach at the 14u division. This will be a great opportunity for me to share my passion, knowledge & experience while developing and inspiring young players to realize their dream of playing at the collegiate level. More details to come.
Coach Robeson currently resides in Hartland, MI with his wife Jennifer ( amazing blessing ) and two daughters, Brianna and Delaney. Brianna is currently a Junior at the University of Toledo and student athlete playing softball for Coach Abraham. Delaney is a Senior at Hartland HS and is committed to play softball at Kent State University where she will enter in the fall of 2021 to play for Coach Oakley and his staff.
It's truly an honor to represent #T2nation!
