Having been a volunteer softball coach for the past twenty years and am currently the Varsity assistant coach at Skyline High School in Ann Arbor. I am proud to be part of the T2 family. One thing that experience at all the levels has taught me is this; building trust and being emotionally available to the athlete is paramount in sustainable success and growth.
It is important for a coach to build a sense of community within the group and establish a clear sense of goals. Emphasis is placed on critical thinking and reading the game as well as improving focus for 21 outs on every pitch. Mistakes need to be shook off quickly with priority thoughts on the next situation immediately at hand.
Through hard work and practice we create a positive yet challenging practice environment. Learning from mistakes are critical building blocks to a young persons success.
It has been an honor and privilege to Coach hundreds of softball over the years and am excited about our groups potential. Through hard work and continued efforts we will work toward realizing that potential
