I have been fortunate to be involved with coaching softball since 2011, and have held every title from Team Manager, to Assistant Coach to Head Coach in both Little League programs and travel ball.
I believe along with the basic skills of playing softball, helping players understand the intricacies, and strategies of the game at the 18U level is critical as it makes them “Coaches” on the field which in turn makes them better players all around.
My goal for every player on my roster is to make them well rounded and successful in all aspects of being a softball player; On the field, at the plate, as a Teammate in the dugout, while representing their team and organization and having academic success in school as well. Most importantly though is to have fun playing this game and enjoy your time on the field!
