Ray Lark

Head Coach

About Coach Lark

Coach Lark's focus is on the player. Building confidence at every step of the learning and development process is paramount to the success of each athlete and, ultimately, the team. Ray values hard work and a competitive mindset with a focus on teamwork and team comradely.

For me, the most rewarding part of coaching is that moment when you see the light bulb go off and the "I get it" look on the players face. From that point on, you can see the growing confidence and self-esteem they bring to the field. It is these breakthrough moments that makes all the time and effort worth it!

Scott Pasini

I believe in my players and challenge them on a daily basis to be the best players and best teammates they can be. My motto is "Find Work" every pitch, every play regardless if you're the pitcher, in the field, at bat or cheering from the bench...Find Work!

Hannah Haas

About Coach Haas

Coach Haas graduated, with honors, from Michigan State University with a BA in Criminal Justice and minor in Law, Justice and Public Policy. While attending MSU, Hannah played for and was the President of their 4th ranked MSU Club Softball team.

Coach Haas started her college softball career as a catcher before moving to 1st and 2nd base as her primary positions while putting up an impressive career .410 batting average. After the 2018-19 season, the NCSA awarded her as All-Region Player of the Year and following the 2019-20 season, the NCSA nominated Hannah for their Sportsmanship Award.

I have a passion for working with young women and teaching them how to build confidence and thrive in any environment, both on and off the field. My primary objective is to mentor young women to achieve the goals they set for themselves and to become the best people and best players they can be. I hope to provide some perspective to these athletes having recently been in their shoes. My hope is to share my lessons learned and provide advice that will help them thrive in softball and in life.
